From start to completion LENNAR did exactly what they said they would do, and whenever they said they would. Their mortgage people returned my calls every fourth dimension I called them, and on the day I called them. This is a heads upward organization.

Issues from walkthroughs has not been resolved upon close - had to put a work order in, it took Lennar 4 months to address problems. Still accept two work orders in one from January and ane from Feb. Simply a few issues take been resolved, and many issues have came back after repair. Lennar reps laissez passer the buck. Customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have completed the buy of my domicile in the month of February. And every since March of 2019 I have been writing emails to leonarr near the tiles on my flooring. No one has gotten dorsum with me about resolving my result very poor customer service on lennars behalf. Once yous have completed the sale of your home if you have any issues they volition not correct it they will not fifty-fifty become back in contact with you to try to resolve the issue.
